The Zaakash Inner Circle brings together people who want to discover our perfume oils, share their experiences, and become part of our story from the beginning.
These Terms explain membership, Founding Member recognition, Circle Points, referrals, and community participation.
Joining the Circle
The Inner Circle is hosted on Discord. Participation requires a Discord account that meets Discord’s age and eligibility requirements.
Email signup and Discord membership are separate. Subscribing to updates does not automatically create a community membership or qualify you for Founding Member status.
Please provide accurate information and maintain one rewards membership per person. Duplicate accounts created to obtain additional benefits are not permitted.
Founding Members
Founding Member recognition is reserved for the first 100 eligible members who complete the published qualifying steps and are confirmed by Zaakash.
Join our Inner Circle on Discord. If your automatically assigned membership number is among the first 100, you’ll receive permanent Founding Member recognition and access to founder benefits. Your place is secured when your membership number is issued—no purchase required.
A website signup or Discord join alone does not guarantee a Founding Member place unless the published qualification rules expressly say so.
Founding Member recognition is a permanent distinction. Any lifetime benefit is governed by the specific benefit terms disclosed when awarded, including eligibility, qualifying purchases, and exclusions. “Lifetime” does not mean every future product, promotion, or service is included.
We will honor benefits already promised in accordance with their applicable terms. General program updates do not silently cancel an existing lifetime commitment.
Membership cards
Your membership card identifies your place in the community. It is personal to you and cannot be sold or transferred.
A card is not a payment card, gift card, financial account, or proof of ownership in Zaakash. Do not alter a card to misrepresent your identity, status, or benefits.
Circle Points
Eligible members may earn Circle Points through qualifying activities announced by Zaakash.
The published rules for each activity explain eligibility, verification, limits, and any applicable timing. Points may be awarded after the activity has been verified.
Circle Points are program rewards, not cash. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money.
Redemption is subject to the published reward rules, including any minimum purchase, redemption limit, eligible products, and exclusions.
One customer benefit per order
Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, you may use one eligible customer benefit per order: founder pricing, Circle Points redemption, referral-credit redemption, or a promotional offer.
These benefits cannot be combined with one another. Earning points and redeeming a benefit are separate; eligible purchases may earn points under the published earning rules.
Referrals
Referral credits are separate from Circle Points.
A qualifying referred friend’s purchase over $50 earns the referrer a $5 credit toward a subsequent qualifying order of $35 or more, subject to verification and the published referral rules.
Only one referrer may receive credit for a qualifying friend. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fabricated purchases, and misleading referrals are prohibited.
Customer Referral Rewards
A member earns a $5 referral credit when a new customer completes their first qualifying purchase with a merchandise total over $50 after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes.
The friend must enter the member’s unique referral code at checkout. Only the code recorded on the completed order determines attribution. One referrer may receive credit per qualifying friend; referrals cannot be added or changed after purchase.
Credit becomes available 30 days after confirmed delivery, provided the order remains paid, is not subject to a chargeback, and has not been cancelled or refunded below the qualifying amount. A pending return must be resolved before credit is issued.
Each credit provides $5 off a subsequent merchandise order of $35 or more, measured before the credit and excluding shipping and taxes. One referral credit may be used per order and cannot combine with Circle Points redemption, founder pricing or another promotional benefit. Previously earned free-shipping eligibility is preserved.
Credits expire 90 days after issue. A member may earn a maximum of three referral credits per calendar month, totaling $15. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are separate from Circle Points.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fabricated purchases and misleading referrals are prohibited. Credits arising from verified abuse, invalid purchases or subsequent disqualifying refunds may be withheld or reversed.
When sharing a referral link, clearly disclose that you may receive a reward if the person makes a qualifying purchase.
Reviews and community content
Reviews must reflect your honest experience. A reward must never depend on a positive rating or favorable opinion.
If you receive points, a gift, or another incentive connected with a review or post, clearly disclose it. Permission to reuse your content in marketing is separate from reward eligibility.
Errors and misuse
If you believe a balance, award, or membership status is incorrect, contact us with the relevant details.
We may investigate suspected misuse and correct verified errors or awards obtained through fraud, duplication, or ineligible activity. Any adjustment will be limited to what is reasonably justified by the issue.
Program updates
We may update future earning opportunities, reward availability, or program features. We will communicate material changes before they take effect where required.
Any expiry rule must be clearly disclosed before it applies. Changes will respect applicable law and existing commitments.
Community access
Members must follow our Community Rules. Serious or repeated violations may result in restricted access or removal.
Community moderation and reward eligibility are separate matters. Any effect on existing benefits must follow the applicable benefit terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle membership and bot information.
