Treat people with respect
Different tastes and honest opinions are welcome. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, discrimination, and personal attacks are not.
Protect everyone’s privacy
Do not share another person’s contact details, private messages, order information, photographs, or other personal information without permission.
Keep your own passwords, payment details, and private account information out of community channels.
Keep conversations appropriate
Use the relevant channels and follow moderator guidance. Do not post illegal, sexually explicit, graphic, or otherwise harmful content.
Do not encourage dangerous product use. Individual fragrance experiences are personal opinions and should not be presented as medical advice.
No spam or unsolicited promotion
Do not post repeated messages, unsolicited advertising, unrelated referral links, or fundraising requests without permission.
Do not send unsolicited promotional direct messages to members.
Be honest
Do not impersonate Zaakash staff or other members, falsify reviews, misrepresent purchases, or make misleading claims.
If a post includes a referral reward, gifted product, or another incentive, disclose that connection clearly.
Use rewards fairly
Do not create duplicate accounts, coordinate fake engagement, manipulate referrals, or exploit bot errors to obtain benefits.
Report suspected errors privately to the team.
Respect creative work
Share only material you own or have permission to use. Do not copy or repost another member’s work without appropriate permission.
Watch for scams
Never share your password, payment card details, or verification codes. Verify unexpected messages claiming to come from Zaakash through our official contact channel.
Follow Discord’s rules
Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply alongside these rules.
Moderation and reports
Moderators may remove content, issue warnings, restrict participation, or remove members depending on the seriousness and frequency of a violation. Serious incidents may result in immediate removal.
To report a concern or request a review of a moderation decision, email legal@zaakash.com. Include relevant details without reposting private information publicly.
